All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Delivery charges are additional.

Delivery charges
We use Canada Post delivery services. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up. Delivery will be first delivery only. In the event that you are not in or are not able to receive the first delivery, collection of the goods and any re-delivery charges will be your responsibility.
Delivery Times
We aim to send out orders as soon as possible after they are received, and in any event no later than 10 working days from receipt of order. Please notify us of any claims for non-delivery within 21 working days of the date of order.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
In the event that your purchase is defective or despatched in error, please contact us to arrange for its replacement or return. Please note that we do not accept the return of videos or software unless they are unopened and their original seal is intact or they were demonstrably defective on despatch. You may cancel your order on condition that (i) you notify us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and (ii) you return the goods, at your risk and expense, unused and as new with their original packaging and labels, to reach us within 10 working days of you receiving them. On receipt of the goods in suitable condition, we will refund the price you paid less the original shipping costs.
Receipts and Bills
An invoice will be sent with your order. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible after you notify us.
